Blink-182 Set to Share the Stage at Grammy Awards They sold over 12 million albums before imploding on themselves with a messy break-up but it looks like a perfect storm for a reunion. Barker walked away from a burning, crashed plane last year and Hoppus recently said, "We're just reconnecting as friends after four years of not talking, it’s a good thing. Obviously the first question for a lot of people will be, 'Does this mean a Blink-182 reunion?' The answer is none of us know. We haven't talked about it at all. Right now it's just good for the three of us to see one another, reconnect and let the past be the past." Translated? The band is probably back together. Also let’s remember their classic video, ‘All the Small Things’(below) when they awarded bloody wankers like Nsync and Backstreet Boys the ‘Middle Finger of the Year’ award. Classic stuff. – by John Beaudin

Blink-182 Reunion Could Be in the Works "We're just reconnecting as friends after four years of not talking," says Hoppus. "It's a good thing. Obviously the first question for a lot of people will be, 'Does this mean a Blink-182 reunion?' The answer is none of us know. We haven't talked about it at all. Right now it's just good for the three of us to see one another, reconnect and let the past be the past." Translated? The band is probably getting back together. Since the Blink split, Hoppus and Barker started the group, +44 and DeLonge had some success with his band Angels & Airwaves. Remember what they said about the Beatles? “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” It’s advantageous for the boys to reform. Blink 182 last performed together on Dec. 16, 2004 in Dublin. They sold 12.7 records. – by John Beaudin |
